When will my order arrive?
“Ready to Ship” items ship within 5 - 7 business days. Made-to-order items ship in 4 - 6 weeks. Items that are made-to-order are specified in the description of the piece. Otherwise, all other pieces are considered ready to ship.
Which mail carriers do you use?
Currently all orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with insurance. Pickup in Brooklyn is available if you are local. Contact me if you want to pickup and we’ll figure something out!
Can I return an item?
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Everything is handmade and slight variations occur. If products arrive to you damaged, please contact me immediately so I can contact the carrier.
